Steps to Update Business Listing

1. Search for your business. (Click here for search tips). The results of your search will be ranked according to the average rating of each business (the highest-rated businesses will appear first). Businesses with no ratings will appear at the bottom of the list. Business owners should encourage satisfied customers to post reviews.
2. When you find your business, click on your business's name. (If you don't find your business listed, click here to create a free basic listing.)
3. Now click on "Update Your Free Listing" to ensure your business's name, address, telephone number, and associated business categories are correct.
4. Scroll down to update all information, including contact information.
5. One of the most important ways to increase your visibility on PalmettoBizBuzz is to ensure that your business is listed in the correct categories. Scroll down to the category section and follow the instructions for adding or removing categories. You may select 1 category to classify your business.
6. Once you have completed your updates, please click "Submit Listing Update." There is no need to click "Submit Listing Update" if you have not updated anything.
7. You will receive an email to confirm that your business listing has been updated. Once you receive the email, go back to check your business listing to ensure its accuracy.

Steps to Upgrade your Business Listing

1. Search for your business. (Click here for search tips.)
2. When you find your business, click on your business's name.
3. Click on "Upgrade Your Free Listing." You will now be taken to our "advertiser" section.
4. To see your available options, click on "Gold Premium Listing," or "Comparison Chart."
5. Click "Buy Now".
6. Just follow the on-screen instructions to enhance your business's listing.
7. Our check-out process is fast, easy, and most importantly, SECURE!
8. Once you complete the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email when your Premium Listing is approved. We will also send you FREE marketing materials in the mail to encourage your customers or clients to post reviews about your business on Palmetto BizBuzz.com.
