I have been to three different chiropractors in the Summerville area. I have been going to Progressive for about 4 months now and it started when I first walked in and I was welcomed by one of the most pleasant smiles and voices ever at a doctors office. Every experience from setting appointments making changes to appointments and my billing has been the best experience EVER.I have never had a chiropractor be so thorough in his explanation of my problems and what my treatments are gonna consist of and how it works.Jay Whitlocks method is the most comfortable I have experienced.It doesn't stop there. It doesn't stop there either. I also use Progressive for my Massage needs. Shalyn is just as pleasant as Ms. Johnson and gives absolutely the BEST massages. Over all I have Never felt better since my back surgery 7 years ago. It would be a 10 rating if it was an option!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL SERVICES!!

Getting adjusted with Dr. Jay has become a family affair! I was referred to their office by my mother who has had continued success with the work he performs. Since then I have convinced my husband that his headaches could be helped with chiropractic care and we go together to see Dr. Jay and Natasha on a regular basis! Their office is warm friendly and family orientated. Natasha always has something nice to say with a smile and we love the fact that Dr. Jay is so knowledgeable and will take the time to answer any question we have in language we actually understand! As a Professional Massage Therapist I always recommend chiropractic care to my clients and Dr. Jay is the one to see!

Everyone at Progressive Chiropractic is incredibly helpful and accomodating in scheduling appointments around a limited schedule. Overall, it's a very personal experience with knowledgeable staff.

Dr. Whitlock always explains everything and takes time to answer all my questions. He is currently working on me to correct compensations from old injuries. I am now able to sleep all night pain free, something I didn't think was possible a few months ago. Also, Natasha is the friendliest office manager ever. :o)

My whole family sees Dr. Jay. We love getting adjusted and Dr. Jay also addresses any nutritional concerns we have. He is very thorough and is always very friendly. I have and will continue to recommend him to all my friends and family!
