PalmettoBizBuzz's Second Annual BizBuzzBest Promotion
Vote for the "Most Trusted" Businesses and You Could Win $500!

Please note the following Voting and Prize Rules for the BizBuzzBest promotion:

Voting Rules
  1. Users may vote for businesses in as many categories as they like, but they must vote for a business in at least two separate categories. Ballots with votes in less than two business categories will be disqualified.
  2. A user does not need to review a specific business on PalmettoBizBuzz in order to vote for that business in the BizBuzzBest contest. However, a consumer must have written at least one published reviews on PalmettoBizBuzz by December 6 for their vote to be counted.
  3. The BizBuzzBest contest will have separate ballots for three regions of South Carolina: the Lowcountry, the Midlands, and the Upstate.
  4. Voters may submit only one ballot for each region. Once a ballot is submitted, it may not be changed or re-submitted.
  5. Voters may submit ballots beginning at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on Friday November 13, 2009 and ending at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on December 6, 2009. The business receiving the most points in their category in their region will be named "Most Trusted" and receive the BizBuzzBest award for their region.
  6. PalmettoBizBuzz reserves the right to disqualify any ballots that do not satisfy the Official Rules of the BizBuzzBest promotion.
Prize Rules
  1. Only one (1) entry per person.
  2. To be eligible for the prize, the entrant must follow all voting requirements for BizBuzzBest, see above Voting Rules.
  3. The BizBuzzBest sweepstakes will have one winner for South Carolina. Click here for a regional map of South Carolina to begin voting.
  4. PalmettoBizBuzz reserves the right to disqualify any entrants that do not meet rules and requirements of the BizBuzzBest contest.
  5. Sweepstakes Period: The sweepstakes begins on November 13, 2009, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on December 6, 2009 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Sweepstakes Period")
  6. How to enter: First, log on to www.PalmettoBizBuzz.com (the "Site"). Then, click on the "BizBuzzBest" icon on the Site's home page to link to the ballot. Fill out the ballot. Once completed, click the "SUBMIT BALLOT" button. Alternatively, you may enter by sending a postcard with your name, phone number, address and email address along with the printed ballot with the businesses you are voting for to BizBuzzBest Sweepstakes, PalmettoBizBuzz, LLC, 134 Columbus St., Charleston, South Carolina 29403. All entries must be received prior to the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
  7. No purchase necessary. You must be at least 18 years old and a legal U.S. resident to enter. Employees and agents, including family and members of their household, of PalmettoBizBuzz, LLC ("Sponsor"), Evening Post Publishing Company or any of the subsidiaries, affiliates or contractors of any of these companies are ineligible. Sweepstakes is subject to local, state and federal laws. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
  8. The winner of the sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries, to be held on December 9, 2009. The winner will be selected by or under the supervision of Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes Series. Winners will be notified by email and phone on or before December 9, 2009.
  9. To collect your prize: If you are the winner, you will receive a prize verification email from Sponsor requesting your name, postal address, email address, and age. You must accurately respond to the prize verification email in order for Sponsor to confirm your eligibility for the sweepstakes and make you an official winner. You have 48 hours from time of receipt of the prize verification email to respond. If you do not respond within 48 hours, your prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. Award checks will be mailed to sweepstakes winners within ten (10) days of confirmation of the winner's eligibility.
  10. The sweepstakes consists of 1 24 day-long sweepstakes. The sweepstakes begins on Friday November 13, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time, lasts 24 days, and ends on Sunday, December 6, 2009 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
